One of the most powerful things I ever did as a mom had nothing to do with curriculum choices, screen time limits, or the right discipline strategy.
It was learning to pray Scripture over my children.
Not long, eloquent prayers. Not perfectly worded theology. Just opening my Bible, finding a verse, and saying, "God, I am asking this for my child."

How to Make This a Daily Habit
You do not need a formal prayer journal or a dedicated hour. Here are a few simple ways to weave Scripture prayer into your day:
While they sleep. Stand in the doorway or sit on the edge of the bed and whisper a verse over them. It takes thirty seconds and it is one of the most sacred things you will ever do.
During your morning quiet time. Pick one verse from the list above and pray it specifically for each child by name.
In the car. Pray out loud on the way to school. Your kids will hear you. That matters more than you know.
When you are worried. Instead of spiraling, open your Bible and find a verse that speaks to what you are afraid of. Pray it back to God. Let His Word interrupt your anxiety.
Mama, your prayers for your children are not small. They are not wasted. They are not going unheard.
